The term “Adarsha Sports Foundation” or “ASF“ or “us” or “we” or “our” refers to the owner of the website, Adarsha Sports Foundation. The term “you” refers to the user or viewer of our website.

The information is provided by Adarsha Sports Foundation and whilst we endeavour to keep the information up-to-date and correct, we make no representations or warranties of any kind, express or implied, about the completeness, accuracy, reliability, suitability or availability with respect to the website or the information, products, services, or related graphics contained on the website for any purpose.

Pricing, Purchase, Booking
- All transactions on the ASF website will be in Indian Rupees (INR) only.
- ASF make every effort to ensure that the pricing displayed on the website is correct. However, if an error in pricing is found we reserve the right to either cancel your order or contact you to arrange payment of any extra sum due or refund any over-payment made by you (as applicable).
- ASF reserves the right to alter all ticket pricing without notice.
- When you have selected the tickets you wish to order, click on the “Checkout” button at the end of the checkout process.
- Once you have clicked on the “Checkout” button, you have made a binding offer for the sale of tickets. Your offer at this stage is still subject to our acceptance. In order that we may accept your offer, we obtain an authorisation from your Credit card company for the amount detailed on the order summary page. If your credit card should not give an authorisation, your order will not be processed further.
- Upon receipt of authorisation your offer is deemed to have been accepted and a booking exists between the purchaser and ASF. An email will be sent to you confirming your order has been received and evidence of the aforementioned booking.
- All tickets will be delivered by email to the address you provided when at checkout. You will need to bring a printed or electronic copy of your ticket with you to the event to gain entry. If you purchased a reduced rate ticket as a member, please ensure you bring evidence (such as your membership card) to the event.
- In general separate tickets will not be issued and the confirmation email will represent a substitute. Please therefore check the confirmation email carefully to ensure you have received what you expected.
- ASF reserves the right to cancel your booking if we suspect it has been made fraudulently.
Refund Policy
These will be given at the discretion of ASF but in general the following applies:
In the event an event is cancelled by ASF then all monies will be refunded in full.
In all other circumstances refunds will be available:
- 1 day or more days before the booking time is scheduled to take place – In full
- From 12 hours before the booking time is scheduled to take place – 50%
- less than 12 hours before the booking time – None
