3 In this Memorandum and the Constitution of the Society unless otherwise stated
[i] “ACT” means “Telangana Public Societies Registration Act,35/2001 Falls”
[ii] “Law” means the various enactments of the Central, State and Local Government in India, including the Constitution of India.
[iii] “YEAR” means Financial Year [April To March]”
4 AIMS AND OBJECTIVES:
A] To Support young talented sportsmen and women through their performance and Improvement
B] To help individuals and communities achieve and benefit from sports & Games
C] To promote sports skills, health and opportunities through sports participation
D] To provide access and support to provide improved facilities and equipment at Rural places
E] To build partnerships and to support Community Sports Clubs
F] To use Sport for Development, enhanced life style and work opportunities
G] To promote, encourage, assist, develop and support by any means whatsoever all sport, recreation, leisure
H] To educate the people by creating the awareness on the benefits of a healthy lifestyle by promotion and coordination of physical activities and healthy lifestyle programs.
I] To run Wellness centers and Yoga Centers for benefit of public and creating awareness
]] To Educate women in health, hygiene and protect women rights and child rights
K] To provide food, fruits cloths to the orphans and old age homes and poor people
LJ To conduct all types cultural programs and awareness programs
M] To conduct plantation programs
N] To conduct Blood Donation Camps and Medical Health Camps and Health Checkups
O] To prevent child labour and facilitate them
P] To Provide Educational facilities to the students
Q To conduct clean and green programmes and swatchabharath
R] The benefits of the Society shall be open to all irrespective of cast, community, religion etc., and no discrimination shall be made in endowing the benefits of the activities of the Society on any ground whatsoever.
S] None of the activities of the Society shall be carried out side India.
T] The constitution of the Society under the present title is irrevocable.
